Andy D. Smith is an entrepreneur, technology founder, author, publisher, business strategist, and digital innovator whose work spans education technology, artificial intelligence, social technology, media, communications, and business development.
As Founder & CEO of The iSoar Network, he is leading the development of a connected K–12 technology ecosystem designed to help districts strengthen struggling schools, improve communication, increase family engagement, reduce technology fragmentation, and control the rising costs associated with maintaining multiple platforms. He is also the founder of weSocial, a growing social and digital community platform, and oversees ASGE Media Group, a portfolio of digital publications and media platforms serving technology, education, business, faith, leadership, wellness, and community audiences.
Smith is also the author of multiple books focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, faith, innovation, artificial intelligence, and business systems, including Helping Entrepreneurs Grow With AI + Systems. His experience building technology platforms, media organizations, digital communities, and business systems gives him a strong systems-focused perspective on the challenges school districts face today. His vision for iSoar goes beyond introducing another piece of software. It is about helping districts consolidate technology, reduce unnecessary costs, strengthen communication, connect families and educators, improve student opportunities, and build stronger systems capable of supporting districtwide and statewide transformation.
Dr. Chanelle Sweet-Dixon is a transformational school leader with a proven record of success in turning around underperforming schools. Known for her ability to inspire cultures of excellence, she blends strategic leadership with deep human understanding to ensure both students and educators thrive.In addition to her educational leadership, Dr. Sweet-Dixon is a licensed therapist, uniquely positioned to champion the intersection of mental health, faith, and education.
Dr. Dixon’s transformational leadership resonates with superintendents, school boards, and district leaders seeking proven models for school turnaround. Principals, aspiring leaders, and teachers, especially those in high-need schools, find value in her strategies that balance academic excellence with staff and student well-being. Educational conferences and associations look to her as a keynote speaker who bridges leadership, resilience, and mental health in schools.
Dr. Chenelle B. Price is a Pastor, Author, International Speaker, and Educator from Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies from Union Institute & University and her Master of Teaching degree from Liberty University. Returning to Union Institute & University, she earned her Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education.
Dr. Price is the Founder of LIMBright Education, through which she has facilitated sending high school graduates to college with scholarships. Her organization also champions diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. A significant focus of her work is educating teachers on creating safe learning environments by demystifying biases and stereotypes in the classroom. Additionally, she is an Elementary School Educator, serves on educational boards and committees advocating for change, and holds the position of Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati.
Mark Jackson is a Portland native and graduate of Portland State University whose more than three decades of leadership have focused on educational and health equity, youth development, social justice, and community transformation across the Pacific Northwest. His interdisciplinary studies in Sociology, Communications, English, and Black Studies have helped shape a broad approach to understanding and addressing systemic inequities. As Co-founder and Executive Director of REAP Inc., Jackson has dedicated more than 30 years to direct youth services, grassroots community organizing, organizational development, coalition building, community health, and transformative program design. His work bridges nonprofit, public, educational, health, and community sectors to create stronger and more sustainable opportunities for young people and culturally diverse communities.
For more than 20 years, Jackson has also served as a trusted advisor to local and state leaders on educational equity, youth development, health outcomes, and public policy. His leadership and advisory experience includes work with the Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Health & Science University, the Oregon Department of Education, the Governor’s Racial Justice Council Education Committee, the Ballmer Institute community advisory board, and the Juvenile Justice Steering Committee. He also oversees youth advisory councils that create meaningful opportunities for young people to influence policies and programs affecting their lives. Through his ability to connect grassroots communities with government agencies, educational institutions, health systems, and other decision-makers, Jackson continues to advance equitable solutions, strengthen community partnerships, and help transform the systems that serve students, families, and communities.
Linda Trimble brings a strong combination of education, student support, program leadership, fiscal management, and community engagement to The iSoar Network Board of Advisors. A Monroe, Louisiana educator with a Master of Education, she has built an extensive career serving students, schools, and families throughout Northeast Louisiana. Her professional experience includes decades of work within public education, where she has supported school improvement initiatives, student-centered programming, grants, and special projects. For more than 20 years, Linda has also been entrusted with managing and overseeing millions of dollars in educational funding and program resources for one of the largest school districts in Northeast Louisiana, giving her significant experience in fiscal accountability, budgeting, grant administration, compliance, and responsible stewardship of public education resources.
Linda’s experience extends beyond school operations into mentoring, youth development, family engagement, technology, and community leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked to connect students and families with resources, opportunities, and programs that strengthen academic achievement and personal development. Her ability to understand both the instructional and financial sides of public education gives her a valuable perspective on the challenges districts face today, particularly as leaders seek to improve outcomes while using resources more efficiently. Linda’s combination of advanced education, district-level experience, financial stewardship, program administration, and community service positions her to provide meaningful insight into how schools can strengthen systems, support educators, engage families, and create greater opportunities for every student.
Crystal Jackson is a Portland State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and more than three decades of experience in human resources across the philanthropic and private sectors. Over the course of her career, she has become a trusted thought partner to leaders and organizations navigating complex workplace challenges. Her expertise includes leadership coaching, equitable workplace culture, talent management, succession planning, change management, risk management, recruitment, professional development, employee engagement, and human resources policy. Crystal brings a practical, solutions-focused approach grounded in both organizational effectiveness and an understanding of people, culture, and leadership.
Beyond her professional work, Crystal is deeply committed to mentorship, service, and creating opportunities for others. She mentors emerging professionals, coaches HR practitioners in developing confidence and ownership in their careers, and supports organizations focused on leadership development and equity. She is a strong supporter of REAP Inc., an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders, and has also served as Board President for Chess for Success. Through her professional experience and community involvement, Crystal continues to use her knowledge, perspective, and leadership to strengthen organizations, develop people, and support communities that have historically been underserved.
